Probably one of the most unprofessional atmospheres you could work in - Anonymous employee FarmVet Employee Review

There is no structure. No training or reviews. There was a history of shady prescription business practices. there are a select few in the company that can do and say whatever it is that they want with little to no consequence making for a miserable atmosphere and a lot of resentment. No HR person in there so HR rules and regs are non existent. Its a lot of back biting and low blows all the way up to upper management.
