The product speaks for/sells itself. It truly feels like a family environment where every team member is supported and valued. From day one, I have been surrounded by colleagues who are willing to go above and beyond to offer assistance or guidance whenever needed. The sense of camaraderie and teamwork within the company is visible, creating a supportive and collaborative workplace culture that fosters personal growth and professional development. This open-door policy extends to all levels of management, making it easy to communicate effectively with superiors and seek advice from experienced mentors. Overall, working for this company has been an enriching experience, where I have felt welcomed and embraced as part of a tight-knit community dedicated to success, mutual support, and aiding in a long and healthy life for pets.

Primarily remote positions. You must be comfortable being independent/self-sufficient at times and understand the power of effective/consistent communication.

Working around diversity, pride for language and ND culture. Management will address your concerns if you are having trouble with coworkers. Company has done well setting up the place so quickly and everything having it's place.

Sometimes disorganized. The organization is decent but town is a bit hostile to people who are not willing to be caught up in long-standing problems that probably linger from before the Confederate army. There are even some black nazis. The problems are vicious. Kind of a culty feeling if you ask me. If you can just focus on your job it's not so bad. You might have some good days and okay interaction with coworkers but it's really too much game playing, and cheating even when partners go to the same work place, trying to one-up going on. I don't trust these people. You can work harder than everyone else and get nowhere because there's just games of status and us-vs-thems. You might be stuck with no real benefits. Individuals sent from out of country can be cool or they can be extremely predatory and unprofessional. I don't think they should be going partying and all having group relations together. It's culty.
