Communication is not always clear or even existent; "ships passing in the night" kind of environment. It is a demanding work environment (as most consulting firms are) so if you can't handle it, it won't be an enjoyable experience.

Nonexistent communication between management among themselves as well as between management and staff, unclear goals and expectations, creating a situation where it is impossible to succeed because of lack of necessary information, feedback, or agreed upon standards and goals.
