Out of every corporate job I have had in my career this has been the best so far. Here's why: 1. The CEO values a positive work environment 2. Unlimited PTO 3. 401k Option, full benefits 4. Strong Culture of employees who value you as a person and have a great sense of humor. 5. They value using up to date technology to make your work life easier 6. They are highly respected in the alternative lending industry. Many other companies are always looking to do business with Fast Capital 360. 7. They treat their customers with transparency and respect. 8. Paid lunch hour, huge pantry of snacks, coffee machine, catered lunches every Wednesday. In my experience, I started in sales and it was not a fit for me. Fortunately enough, I was able to pivot into different roles in the company that suited my strengths. This is by far one of the best aspects of working here. All in all, you will be very welcomed for who you are. Over the last 3 years I have built a a lasting friendship with my co workers and funding partners. They are aiming to be a leader in the industry and I have no doubt it will happen in the near future.
