Pros
I am hard pressed to think of any pros for working as a manager for Fast Wireless.
Cons
The single largest con I can think of is a Punishment first mentality. With mandatory conference calls 6 to 7 times a week which serve no purpose but to emphasis how stores are failing. But when you do succeed or manage to turn around a failing location there is no acknowledgement of that success. Mandatory meetings at different locations with no gas milage. Manager commission structure is very poor. Charge backs against your commission can occur as much as 6 months after your last contact with a customer. And these are just the ones that first come to mind.
