Management picks a handful of favorites and only they get promotions or pay raises. Your hard work will go unnoticed if you are not part of this clique. Be ready to feel unappreciated and undervalued. They talk a big talk but never walk the walk. The company is filled with big, vague ideas that sound great but no one bothers implementing them.
