Grow your own business with little to no oversight from upper management. Fast advancement. Strong company values with a heavy emphasis on teamwork.
Cons
Overworked and underpaid. Every company directive is funneled down to the GM. The work-load is so heavy that it's difficult to make time to sell product and run a retail branch. They pay structure changes yearly and always has a negative effect on the General Manager's pay.
