- flexible hours with students - weekends off - learn a lot about construction and the industry - drive around for deliveries
Cons
- Training are online and easy to forget. - Pay is pretty bad - inventory is way off - Part time get very little hours to work - no yearly evaluation - months without a raise - priorities change a lot - so many curves in the industry - If you work over your weekly hours, you don’t get paid for the extra time you worked - sometimes you work a whole day without a break when busy
