      None that I can think of...

      working in a building that is over 100 degress, during texas summer...supervisor would close off any path for ventilation... they went out of there way to make the job as miserable as possible, they would also time you while you use the restroom and deduct that time from your ONE and ONLY 10 minute break on a 8 hour shift. Pay was horrible for the amount of labor they want from you... The entire 2nd shift quit when I was there because it was that bad, nobody left a notice...

      Good job to have during college. People are easy going and easy to get along with. Overall really good experience

      Pros

      You get to meet great people along the way. POS system is a great tool.

      Cons

      Fastenal does not do performance reviews. Trying to get a raise is near impossible. When you ask for a raise they upper management says that you need to sell more..... Fastenal seems like it's trying to weed out there tenure employees and higher college grads with no experience and little pay to replace seasoned personnel.
