Pros

There are no pros to working here.

Cons

Unprofessional Environment – A noticeable lack of professionalism at all levels. The culture is cliquey, leaving those outside the inner circle excluded. Too Many Managers, Not Enough Workers – The organisation is top-heavy with excessive managers and not enough staff doing the actual work, which leads to inefficiency and micromanagement. False Promises – Roles change significantly after hiring, with duties and expectations shifted without consultation or clarity. High Turnover – Staff rarely stay long, which speaks volumes about the environment and leadership. Completely Disorganised – The company constantly operates in “firefighting mode.” Planning is poor, deadlines are last-minute, and the workplace is chaotic and stressful. Poor Communication – Communication is inconsistent and unclear. Senior management and HR remain invisible, with no transparency or real engagement. Lack of Transparency – Managers often rely on hearsay or gossip from staff instead of clear performance metrics, creating an environment of mistrust. Lack of Support & Training – Minimal investment in onboarding or professional development leaves staff unprepared and unsupported. No IT Support – Employees are expected to resolve their own technical issues, causing delays and frustration. No Career Progression – Advancement is rare and largely based on favouritism rather than merit, with no clear career path. Underpaid and Overworked – Staff are expected to manage excessive workloads without fair pay or regard for work-life balance. Lack of Diversity – Despite a stated mission of inclusion, there are huge imbalances and zero genuine commitment to diversity. HR and Management Failures – HR is inexperienced and unable to support staff effectively. Middle management is unqualified and lacks basic leadership skills. Workplace Environment – The office is located at the end of an industrial estate in the middle of nowhere with illegal dumping and even human excrement along the approach. There are no nearby amenities, so staff are stuck in the office. The staff room is tiny, the office is freezing, and overall the facilities are poor. Employees are also required to wear outdated “professional” attire that makes little sense for the nature of the work, adding to the sense of a regressive culture.
