The sales supervisor imposed unattainable sales quotas without providing sufficient training or tools. Turnover rates were high because employees were burnt out from the relentless pressure. There was little to no recognition for accomplishments, and suggestions for improvement were dismissed. The environment became toxic as employees competed for unattainable targets.
