They really put their people first by creating routes for progression, supporting working families with very flexible working, always innovating which keeps work interesting. It's not often you join a company where the CEO will support your onsite event team so you can be home to be with your child on their birthday!

I'd like to live a bit closer to the office, but on the flip side, free onsite parking is a bonus!
