      As far as working at a law firm goes, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed, hours are reasonable, and pay is good.

      Cons

      Depending on the attorney, there aren't too many 1-on-1 learning experiences.

      Great place to work and learn - work with the partners and they will give you an opportunity to excel.

      Cons

      The compensation was on low side even for a mid-west firm and the turnover among younger associates was relatively high.
