Not the same company many of us started with. A lot of talent is leaving due to a dying culture and poor morale due to benefits cuts and exploitation of tech leads and middle management.
I got a “pay raise” but am somehow making less than I was last year? This being said, I don’t really know a single person who is actually happy at this company anymore.
I still wonder how much our leadership spent on an arena deal, outside consultants (for budget cuts), a new set of C-suite additions. and acquiring another company. Pretty frustrating, and I now understand why our Chief People (culture?) Officer left as soon as he started.
