Pros

Reputation is important to the owner and company so they do a lot to make them appear like an upstanding, successful company however there is so much falling through the cracks.

Cons

The company is poorly run. The owner does not care about the customers or the employees. The sales team are treated night and day differently than actual employees. I think everyone on the senior team would be hard pressed to name 10 employees outside of the sales team. You are truly just a number, they pay poor to average and offer zero flexibility to the team working in the office, vacation time is very limited comparable to other companies in Columbus. You are not treated like an individual - you are a herd and must go along with the pack. They let good workers leave because there is no room for advancement. They buy companies and launch new products without fixing issues in existing offices. The owner does a lot to seem like he does good in the community however they are known to not even call back homeowners in certain neighborhoods that are not well off. The culture is more similar to a fraternity than it is to a real business. The processes are worn down and don't work. When customers have issues, they just pay them off with gift cards rather than address real issues within the company. The company could probably use diversity and inclusivity training; when I left the senior team was essentially all white males.

Pros

Some flexibility in schedule, casual dress code, small/medium sized company with room to grow if you are well positioned.

Cons

Very poor communication and teams do not work well together. Leadership decisions are inconsistent and often the social game is better rewarded than good work or being qualified. A place that works really hard to find new ways to innovate but fails to execute effectively and ultimately goes back to status quo. Tech is not good, working out of multiple systems and completing manual processes for things that don't make sense. Rare to promote from within and keeps hiring needs secretive.
