The full benefits are a definite plus. A 401k plan option with company matching. Annual paid days off and annual salary increases are part of the company's corporate benefits. The company's stability and size also make it a good place to work. Training and leadership possibilities are also good.
Cons
You have to abide by the rules and strict guidelines for time and work flow. Managing the team can be tedious and difficult as not enough support is given even when asked. Very deadline driven and hard work with long hours with a huge amount of work given to management and expectations are high for equipment turn around time with no overtime pay since salaried position.
