Good pay, the guys are fun to work with, and you know who is in charge. It's fast paced work which makes the time pass quickly.
Cons
Not much for training once your're 'forklift certified." The expectations are seven points an hour which if you are doing your job correctly is pretty difficult to accomplish. A lot of the freight comes in already damaged.
