Positive and supportive culture - Recruiter Federal Employee Service Association Employee Review

I am currently a recruiter at FESA and enjoy playing a role in the growth of the organization. They have a very positive and supportive culture! Even though most of the positions are fully remote, leadership does a great job of having weekly meetings and professional development opportunities to stay connected. In addition, it's great to work for a company that genuinely cares about their clients and puts their clients first. Work/life balance is an important part of the culture which is another thing that I find valuable in this role.
