      Competitive salary and benefits. Vacation days.

      Cons

      Operators and maintenance is UAW. Old culture union, stubborn and not easy to work with. Stuck in their ways and do not respect the younger generation. Management and human resources let them get away with anything and care more about keeping them happy than salaried staff.
