Nothing I can think of

I know a job can be viewed only as good or bad as your immediate supervisor often. Working here I feel like their is stability if you do your job. They hire some really good people. I get to see my ideas respected and put int action.

If you want to climb a corporate ladder being a small company there isn't many places you can go.
