Pros
They offer free coffee throughout the day
Cons
This company is a breath short of being a scam. The way they go about their business of cold calling random people is ridiculous. They claim to scrub their lists against the national do not call registry but that is simply untrue based on the number of people I personally spoke to who claimed they were on that list. Their leads are terrible because 99% of the people they call are not students or related to students in any way. Instead, they call businesses, police and fire departments, elderly people, and occasionally, various FBI offices. You have to ask to be paid when you're just starting out. Management wants to make money but they don't want to make it by enhancing their product. They would rather do it by stiffing employees on their wages. They misrepresent themselves in their job postings. They do not tell you it is a telemarketing position until after you've been asked to come in for an interview. They advertise that they pay 11-14 an hour but then tell you that because you're just starting out, you only get $8. They have very high turnover rates and honestly, I don't blame anyone who leaves. This a truly horrible company and I'm amazed that they are still running. However, I suspect it is only a matter of time before they go bust.
