Leadership has become more transparent and focused in recent years, and there’s been noticeable improvement in communication, processes, and long-term planning. For a smaller company, employees have real visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, which makes the work especially rewarding. No matter what level your job function is, you will always feel like a valued member of the team.

Like many companies, Federated Wireless went through a difficult period during COVID, which created some instability and stress that is reflected in older reviews. As a growing company, resources can still feel stretched at times, and priorities can shift quickly. That's just the nature of a smaller business. That said, there has been a clear and consistent effort to learn from past challenges and improve how teams are supported. Each month, I see visible progress in how the company operates. It’s still a small company, but it’s moving in a much more stable and positive direction.
