      Great company to work with , stellar reputation with amazing Owner.

      Cons

      Present senior management lacks leadership and vision. Very short sighted needs to broaden their horizon. Compensation not at par with current cost of living in Canada.

      Pros

      Lovely people, understood that family and well-being are important. Great benefits in place.

      Cons

      Went through some restructuring after covid and laid off some staff, BUT they did keep everyone on staff and payroll until March 2021 so no one was looking for work during the shutdown.
