GReat work culture, great colleagues.

No cons, love the company and staff.

1. the working hours are fixed 10-7 2. there is availability of pantry(includes tea, coffee,biscuits,wafers) 3. colleagues are of the same age. so you'll connect with them easily 4. located nearby to station, so commute is comparatively easy. 5. ambient environment to work in. 6. very easy copy pasting work(you may call it data entry).

1. leave policy is very strict. only 6 paid leaves in one year. i.e half day per month. 2. in out timings are not flexible 3. no usage of phone inside the office. u need to go out to pick calls 4. 15-15 mins break time. if it exceeds, you'll recieve warning from the hr, 5. no direct client engagement, no official site visits, nothing. but still compulsory to wear formals. illogical. 6. if you take a leave without any PL pending, your entire day's salary will be cut. 7. you cannot talk inside the office premises. feels like you are sitting inside school classroom and keep pin drop silence. 8. you might be assigned with job titles such as seo analyst, marketing, data analyst, etc. but the work you will be doing is copy pasting data fro serp to excel. 9. there is no progress in this company. the work here is so basic, you cannot even tell it in your next company. 10. there is no scope for salary hikes. even after spending years, 4%,8%,10% is what you can expect. 11. the pantry here is very dirty and unhygienic. cockroaches roam all over the office, even the entire building is full of roaches. 12. roach feathers were seen in the water outlet of water filter. 13. one year bond compulsory for everyone. 14. even after having 100+ employees, no provision of provident funds or medical insurance. 15. lot
