Cons
As someone who comes from a very hands-on technical background, I initially found high-level strategy meetings challenging. I’ve since taken steps to strengthen my presentation and communication skills. I’m sometimes too self-critical when evaluating my performance. I’ve been working on focusing more on progress than perfection. In fast-paced environments, I used to take on too many responsibilities at once. I’m now improving my delegation and prioritization skills.
