Administrative staff is receives a bonus at the end of every year; competitive salary; excellent benefits, better than most companies.
Cons
The administrative staff is treated differently than the legal staff. You get the feeling that they feel they are better than you are because you don't have a law degree. Very little verbal communication as to where improvements can be made.
