Pros

-Great benefits -Great people -Great CEO

Cons

Management is complaisant, lazy and too secure in their jobs. Employee that start their shift at 6 pm never see Management. Issues are swept under the rug, reporting issues to HR is frowned upon.

Fellowes Brands Response

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. It is quite concerning to hear your feedback in regards to reporting problems, especially since this team is part of HR here at Fellowes. We do have relatively new leadership over our Environmental, Safety and Security team (in the last year) and this feedback has been passed along. In her short time here, this leader has ensured her presence during 2nd shift at least twice during the week and will be implementing additional coverage during shift change as well moving forward. Additionally, this leader will be bringing the team together more often moving into the new year, to include all officers who may not otherwise interact with one another due to differing shifts. We hope this will create a better connection across the entire team. We plan to continue driving improvements and, again, appreciate your time leaving a review. Best of luck to you moving forward! - Becky Hogan, Talent Acquisition Specialist 630-671-5189 / rhogan@fellowes.com

Pros

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
