Great Company - Environmental Safety and Security Officer Fellowes Brands Employee Review

Hello and thank you for sharing your experience and feedback. It is quite concerning to hear your feedback in regards to reporting problems, especially since this team is part of HR here at Fellowes. We do have relatively new leadership over our Environmental, Safety and Security team (in the last year) and this feedback has been passed along. In her short time here, this leader has ensured her presence during 2nd shift at least twice during the week and will be implementing additional coverage during shift change as well moving forward. Additionally, this leader will be bringing the team together more often moving into the new year, to include all officers who may not otherwise interact with one another due to differing shifts.
