Pros

The people are the best asset to this company.

Cons

They really don't care what's best for the employees. They have changed our hybrid terms several times and we have all adjusted and accommodated; however, the most recent request to come back in the office Monday - Thursday is infuriating. So if you are looking for hybrid or work/life balance.........DO NOT BOTHER!!! CEO is out of touch w/his employees.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We understand the recent change to our in-office presence is a big change, and we truly appreciate your candidness. The decision to require four days in the office was not made lightly. It is driven by our belief in the importance of in-person presence and interaction, which we see as key to fostering teamwork, creativity and a strong organizational culture. However, we also recognize that this transition may be challenging for some employees, especially those who have adapted well to remote and hybrid work. Your concerns are important to us, and we are committed to supporting all our teams during this adjustment period. We encourage open dialogue and we invite you to share any specific challenges or suggestions with your direct manager and/or our HR team. Your feedback is invaluable in helping us create a work environment that meets the needs of all our employees.

Pros

Good health insurance and PTO. I enjoyed working with my peers.

Cons

Depending on what manager you get, watch out. HR sweeps all complaints under the rug when a manager is considered "indispensable". Complaints not just by me, but an ENTIRE TEAM. A manager who completely lacks people skills, only technical ones, shouldn't even be a manager.
