Pros

None - horrific workplace environment. Unfortunately, I had to select 1/5 stars when in reality this place is a 0/0.

Cons

- The owners’ daughters ("the twins") create a toxic environment through bullying and manipulation. - HR is completely ineffective, loyal to the twins, and won’t support you if you raise concerns. - Serious incidents are dismissed with no proper investigation or accountability. - An inexperienced HR manager was hired to avoid resolving issues and protect the twins. - Open hostility, intimidation, and inappropriate remarks (including racist comments) go unchecked. - The atmosphere is tense, draining, and filled with anxiety — employees operate in survival mode. - Many staff have become numb to the toxic culture because it’s been normalised. - If the twins don’t like you, they will find a way to push you out. - This job can seriously impact your mental health and sense of self-worth.

Pros

You get to handle some interesting pieces

Cons

A very toxic workplace with bullying in more than one department. Zero career progression unless you've been there over a decade. Barely minimum wage for a 40hr a week job which involved meticulous work. When the specialists were on double and doing half the amount of work and making numerous mistakes. A very archaic company who have obvious favourites. Destroys mental health. Do not work for this company.

Pros

Some of the people are nice

Cons

Everything you have read in previous reviews is true Do not be fooled I have been there a while now and have had the wrath of those women. There has been talk that there are secret microphones around the place It's hard to believe workers are treated this way in 2025. They will run that place into the ground if daddy dies. Some of the things I've heard said about customers and various conversations, is hard to believe they say the things they do. I am in process of searching for another job I cannot work here much longer for my own mental health Health and safety there is none Mental health support is a young 20 something year old, who knows nothing about mental health issues, I really don't know how they get away with how they treat people I just hope I'm not there much longer. Oh snd training - you train yourself it's non existent
