Pros
My experience with Fenway Group was stellar, not because of Fenway, but because of the client team I worked for. Thankfully the client was amazing. Flexible hours, great management, open communication, wonderful learning opportunity, and an all around fun role. Keep in mind, your results will vary depending on the client you get. The one positive about Fenway Group itself was the health insurance benefit. Great benefits, low deductible and low premiums.
Cons
Fenway Group management is uninformed, scrambling to understand what their consultants actually do, and thankfully almost non-existent until they need to interact with the clients for project updates. Other than my title and client assignment, I don't think they could have told you one thing about what I did for work. They have no bench when your contract ends, and don't seem to be up to date on when that date might be. Salary was low compared to others in the market, but I took it since the client's flexible hours, remote workplace, and health insurance benefits were a tradeoff.
