Pros
There are some truly good people that work here, Pay is above average for my area in this field and I enjoyed the challenges I took on and the friends I made. If you are ambitious, you have good odds of climbing the ladder. Benefits are also pretty great.
Cons
If you get the wrong manager, you have no recourse at all. There is one HR person and they are spread too thin. In general, all the different departments have little to no coordination and Logistics/Operations are too busy with vanity projects to bridge those gaps effectively. As a whole, upper management seems completely removed from reality and has no clue what motivates their frontliners. Also, don't make the mistake of thinking you're irreplaceable, they've run some great people out the door and didn't lose any sleep over it. Don't buy into their DEI charade, it's still a good ole boys club and you aren't in it.
