Pros
Joining a team at a point when you can help influence a lot of what the structure will be. This company acquired Nestle confectionery business. So they are merging essentially 3 different organizations. They are taking feedback and perspective very well. It is great to make it our own company. My hiring manager has been wonderful in transition. Very accommodating and a realistic person. He values the perspective from a person as a human being. He has matched me with mentors that are extremely knowledgeable. The same hiring manager knew I wanted to be challenged and trusted me immediately.
Cons
I do not have anything to share here. Only perspective is to understand they are going through some changes were they are trying to adapt and adopt between the 3 different organizations. If you know that going ahead it is fine.
