Toxic Work Environment - Anonymous employee Ferrazzi Greenlight Employee Review

The CEO is an egomaniac, who will call and text you at all hours of the night, early morning, and weekend. He constantly changes his mind, making it very hard to get work done. He is difficult to work with, and has few morals when it comes to his work ethic. The work environment is very toxic. The office bonds over complaining about how miserable it is working at FG. Upper management is absent most days, and they do not practice what they preach. Other people in the office are lazy, and pass their work onto other people, yet still get praised and rewarded. Truly a horrible and unhealthy place to work. I STRONGLY advise not accepting a job offer here.
