Company really showed it cared about the people who worked for them

Small to Midsize company that often had cash flow issues

I was respected and appreciated. Pay was fantastic. I gained heaps of experience, learned a lot, and was often challenged. Never asked for a raise but received multiple.

Communication was consistently lacking. I didn't know I had a different supervisor until months later when I noticed the change in in my payroll profile. Luckily I enjoyed working with them before and after I knew they were my supervisor.
