Cons
Minor cons depending - Your sales quota will increase every year, 8-10%. Find a way to hit it or get left behind. No opportunity for advancement into management, very thin at that level (which could be a Pro). If you want to advance up a corporate ladder, there are few opportunities. Most people stay in there sales territory for literally decades (again, could be a pro depending on what you want).
