      Pros

      A good training ground to move to a better company. It a job.

      Cons

      Upper and Mid Level Management do not care anything about employees. They give them no dignity and respect. No long term thinking. Every issue is a big drama. Small issues are turned into large ones by all the upper management drama queens.
