Cons
1) All the managers are well trained in micro management. They will only look for your log hours rather than your work. 2) Hr in this organization are proficient enough for movie story writing . Before joining they will promise on-site to Spain .But after joining you will understood that they have made a fool of you. Never believe their words , Always take a written proof of any promise they make. 3) They can terminate any one with in days of joining . Already in Hyderabad campus many people are terminated showing performance reason. BUT real problem was they can not pay the employees. 4) This organization doesn't have any proper policies in place. 5) Work space and the facilities are shabby and old fashioned.
