Pros
Great products (even if they do need some work to catch up with the industry in some areas - there are some really great features that sets the technology apart) Open PTO (and they let you use it) WFH-first environment Decent pay and benefits (when the money was there) Diverse workforce
Cons
Chaotic - several CEOs and strategic shifts over the last few years (the CEO listed in the company profile here was 4 CEOs ago) Rounds upon rounds of layoffs amidst mounting financial concerns Lack of strategic direction at the highest levels of leadership that predates recent acquisition Lack of C-suite post-acquisition (they're a cybersecurity company without a CISO, CIO, or CTO) Lack of structure inside the company that leads to poor management and finger-pointing New CEO doesn't understand what he bought and it shows Pending lawsuits against the company
