      Starting pay, Hour's of Operation, Communication

      Cons

      When starting the role it does not matter what the circumstances are. They do not accommodate missing work. For me that is hard, because I need a transfusion, but I am unable to do so because I will lose my job. So I have to hope and pray nothing happens to me the next 6-8 weeks.

      Pros

      Subsidized cafeteria and nice campus Great co-workers. High caliber of people that I work with at all levels, but it is also a very high-profile project.

      Cons

      Few contract opportunities. In my role, really wasn't opportunity to work on other projects. People stay a long time, again limits opportunities. Because the 401(k) requires 5 years to vest! Client service teams were ok. Definitely needs improvement.
