Challenging work, talented people, award-winning software and, historically, a great place to work.
Cons
Message received load and clear from new owners, ION: they don’t care at all about the employees they have taken on. Ex-CEO Chris Aspinwall has disappeared without explanation, bonuses have not been paid, pay reviews are MIA and the response to queries is deafening silence. Many people are leaving and taking irreplaceable expertise with them. I could not in good conscience encourage anyone to come and work here right now.
