      Some of the best people you could work with, working on a product that helps people find work, some cool benefits like paid vacation time

      Cons

      can be challenging to work with a lot of co-workers that are not in the US, very fast paces work/projects and not a lot of time to for tech debt

      Pros

      I control my own schedule. Every job and location is different unless it's a project.

      Cons

      The consistency of pay is the only con for me. I have no issues with payments. It's the nature of contract work.
