Pros
I enjoyed the work live balance that was available to me as an employee. With the position I held, I was able to modify my schedule so that I could deliver the best service to co-workers.
Cons
My position was eliminated due to down-sizing. The process was handled very poorly. I was a stellar employee; however, I was treated as though I had dome something wrong. The decision-making of the job reductions did not make any sense. The company chose to eliminate top performers, as well as, low performers.
