Pros
Great Benefits. I have met some wonderful customers. It is so rewarding to have them look at you with tears in their eyes and tell you how much you have helped their financial situation.
Cons
Always short-staffed. Not enough time to spend with the customer because you are so worried about the other 3 or 4 customers waiting. I always have someone at my desk and hit 150% of my goal monthly on sales...yet i cant get those 31 calls in daily. However i am always #1 in sales. I have always loved my job up until this call thing started...i have been in the business for many years and for the first time have never been so stressed in all my life! The whole time i have a customer at my desk i am thinking "gotta do my calls...gotta do my calls!" Then someone else comes in!
