Pros
None I can think of.
Cons
-Toxic work Environment -Narcissistic CEO- yells at people, belittles them, pits workers against each other, causes chaos but won’t take any of the blame. Only takes credit for good things and loves to talk herself up. -Racist and discriminatory- only wants to show “typical bride” (aka skinny blonde white women) and heterosexual couples. Not open minded to show every kind of bride. -Outsources “simple” work to Ecuador because “they can’t think complex thoughts and it’s cheaper to pay them”. - That is an actual quote from the CEO that I heard with my own ears. Working here was so much fun at first, until the rose colored glasses came off and I started seeing what was actually happening. You get told one thing, put in a ton of work to do what you were told correctly and then get told last minute the complete opposite and are made to feel dumb for doing what you were told the first time. The communication is HORRIBLE. Nothing is ever clear and people are told completely different things. It’s like the CEO has memory loss or something and tells people completely different directions. Even when the CEO is flat out told she is the problem, she turns around and yells at others, blaming them instead. People couldn’t be clearer with her that she is the problem and she still doesn’t get it. (Narcissist) The reason there is so much turnover isn’t because of a competitive job market, it’s because working there is awful and draining. Most of the good reviews on here are from Customer Service people that work remotely or not in the Boise office. I would never recommend or wish a job at FiftyFlowers on anyone. I promise there are much better job opportunities and much better companies to work for. Don’t waste your time.
