      Benefits Medical insurance is very good

      I worked here for four months and would not recommend it. There is no work-life balance expect 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. workdays, every day late meetings (typically 6:45 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.), and weekend work almost every week. There is little to no training or guidance, and questions are not always well received. Responsibilities are frequently shifted between teams, and new tasks are assigned without adequate information or support. Management lacks clear direction and consistent support. Overall, I would not leave another job for this role.

      Pros

      Free health insurance, the option to work from home, pay was good.

      Cons

      They hire and fire at will. They have no real training program. They throw all this stuff at you and advise to take notes, then they tell you that you have 3 assessments to take. They tell you that you cant look at any of the documents or tools that they provided to you to do the job. How they expect you to know all that is impossible. Then they let you to believe that you passed and put you on the floor doing the job. Two days later they call you after you go home, to say oh you didnt pass training.. You didnt get the score of 85. Did not matter that I was doing the job and getting high QA scores. and they dont let you repeat training, they just fire you. You are just a number to them and not a human being.
