This is a great work environment! They give you a lot of autonomy and have high expectations of what you will do with your time. They reward handsomely. They are located in an area where it is hard to find a good paying job but they create plenty of opportunity to generate a lot of income. Everyone if friendly, helpful and encouraging. When someone is doing well, if benefits everyone.

It is in between towns so the commute may be more that other jobs. Other than that, I really enjoy the job.
