Pros
- There are snacks in the kitchen and lunch is catered once a week.
- The company is made up of a fun group of people that come from all different backgrounds.
- One of the best parts is that you are constantly learning new things.
Cons
The biggest downside is that your schedule is extremely variable. You can go from working an early morning shift earlier in the week, to having to work an afternoon shift that same week (meaning that you can get off as late as 11pm). While the office is downtown and close to lightrail stations, there is not dedicated company parking, so that is an expense you need to account for.
