      Pros

      I work with good people that are caring and compassionate. There's commitment to doing things correctly and efficiently. We want the clients to not only be happy, but have their retirement plans operating according to the provisions in the document and the regulations. We're solution minded and want to work with our clients to have the best financial outcomes for them and their employees. Lots of transparency between management and everyone working there.

      Cons

      Having to deal with mistakes and fallout caused by former employees. There's good reasons why some people are no longer around.

      Pros

      It's remote work and they are super understanding when family things come up.

      Cons

      I wrote a glowing review before because I was convinced and bought into making this company something. That is the narrative they are selling to their employees. However their VP is in way over her head. She doesn't understand any of what is going on. To compensate, she is micromanaging. When I pointed out that she can't micromanage salaried employees without owing overtime, I was fired the day after I provided governing citation.
