Pros
- I benefited a lot from Ajder and Adrian's (CEOs) experience and knowledge. I think it's great how you're encouraged and supported in your career and personal development when you're motivated and show initiative. - Throughout my career at FinMent, I have been able to try out different areas and specialise in what I am most passionate about. - I got on brilliantly with all my colleagues and superiors, without exception. - Weekly team meetings have brought everyone up to the same level and ensured that everyone is pulling in the same direction to achieve the goals together. Ajder and Adrian are also always available if any problems/questions arise.
Cons
- As the number of employees increases it becomes important to provide healthy, inexpensive and fast catering (lunch break). Start-ups of a similar size have a better offer here.
