Pros
a) Easy interview process, even average candidate can crack interview here b) Salary is credited on 5th or 6th or even later of every month but not earlier then specified time. c) Only contractual hiring is done. d) Candidate is required to work from his/her own laptop/desktop until probation period is completed.
Cons
a) Honestly, my experience was very bad since beginning due to improper way of onboarding process by HR personnel. b) To get salary I had to send approved attendance sheet every month c) No extra benefit is provided except 1 Lakh of personnel accidental insurance d) personnel/planned leave policy is very confusing which results in pay cut for sure. e) I was released from the company immediately on the day client released me from project, no notice period, nothing f) Exit process is improper and unprofessional g) My form-16 was not given to me even after writing tons of mail & messages to HR personnel
